“Fatty Liver” the hidden Health Epidemic in Germany and what to do about it…

In this short clip we have Corinna van der Eerden on the microphone, a highly skilled functional medicine health coach and leader in the European functional medicine community. Here we cover “fatty liver”.

Corinna van der Eerden: Why you need to cut down on fruit intake…

Corinna van der Eerden shares some insight on the “status quo” of the german population related to liver health.

The fix: cut down sugar which comes in the form of fructose in fruit. One of the biggest health myths is that eating lot’s of fruit will make you healthy. Well, it actually won’t, it might even make you internally fat.
